Massachusetts X-Gender Identification
Senate bill S.2540 relative to gender identity on Massachusetts Identification will enable for “X” Gender identification on Massachusetts ID and birth certificates for non-binary, gender identity. The bill still must pass the House and be signed by Gov. Baker before it becomes law.
